Welcome!

Rocky Mountain Cycling Club is a Colorado community of cyclists who share a love for adventurous, challenging rides. We offer a year-round series of club rides and events and support each other as we pursue our cycling goals.

Our members have a broad range of cycling interests, from road riding to gravel to mountain biking and from competing in ultra-endurance events to working up to doing their first century.

Upcoming Rides

During the winter we are doing rides out of the north and south sides on town on alternating Saturdays providing the weather is suitable. Details for all of these rides are available on our ride calendar

Our regular weekly rides rotating out of Golden, Boulder, and Ken Caryl will begin in mid-March. Challenge Series rides will begin in late April.

For those who are interested in longer rides, our 2024 brevet calendar is already in full swing!  Note that RMCC and RUSA dues-paying membership is required to participate in these rides.  Full details are available on the brevets page.

2024 RMCC Ride Calendar Overview

Planning for the 2024 season is currently underway!  The dates for five of our six Challenge Series rides have been finalized (with details to be posted on Meetup soon).  The Challenge Series is a pre-planned group of rides that represent the best of what RMCC has to offer in 100 or less miles.  We will have one of these rides per month beginning in April.

For non-Challenge Series weekends, we will commence our regular program of Saturday road rides in March.  These rides can range from 40-80 miles and rotate out of the Ken Caryl, Golden, and Boulder areas.

Once we get more into spring, we will also begin hosting monthly Sunday gravel rides.

The Colorado Brevet Series is fully laid out. As in past years, there will be a 200K every month and longer rides during the weather-suitable times of the year.  This year we have also added some gravel routes and are also including two rides that were previously part of the Colorado Triple Crown.  Check out the full calendar for this series.

Once the time changes and evening start getting warmer, we will have our regular Tuesday night Lookout rides and Wednesday evening rides out of South High School.

Other rides outside of these structures will likely also occur, so stay tuned!

Our rides will continue to be posted on Meetup. That is the place to go for details on all of our rides (excluding brevets).
