Welcome!

Rocky Mountain Cycling Club is a Colorado community of cyclists who share a love for adventurous, challenging rides. We offer a year-round series of club rides and events and support each other as we pursue our cycling goals.

Our members have a broad range of cycling interests, from road riding to gravel to mountain biking and from competing in ultra-endurance events to working up to doing their first century.

Spring and Summer Rides

We have started up our regular season schedule of rides!  The core of those are formed by our regular Saturday rides that mostly rotate out of Boulder, Golden, and Ken Caryl.  We aim to post each of these on our Meetup ride calendar a few weeks ahead the actual ride date.  Approximately once per month from May through September, we also have our Challenge Series rides which are the rides we run that we think are the best of the best for rides of 100 miles or less.  Finally, we also have our Thursday night Lookout Mountain rides at 5:30 each week, which are also posted on Meetup.  

For those who are interested in longer rides, we do have regular brevets throughout the season.  These are rides of 200km or longer (although there are occasionally shorter options) that are sanctioned by Randonneurs USA.  Note that RMCC and RUSA dues-paying membership is required to participate in these rides.  Full details are available on the brevets page.

We also have a lot of members who enjoy gravel.  As such, we also have periodic gravel rides that are posted on Meetup as well.  

Denver-to-Aspen 2026

After a hiatus of a few years, we are again running Denver-to-Aspen in 2026!   This is an Epic single-day adventure going from the western end of the Denver Metro area to Aspen via Loveland, Fremont, and Independence Passes.  We have scheduled this for July 25th this year.  Full details are available on our main Denver To Aspen page.  To register, login as a member and then go to the registration page.
